OXO2 offers a modern South Bank wedding setting on the second floor of the Oxo Tower. Its open event spaces and river outlook suit couples who want a London backdrop with flexibility over how the reception looks and feels.
A clean canvas above the river
Two connected wings allow the event to change configuration through the day, while the balcony brings the Thames into the experience. The appeal is the balance between a recognisable location and a relatively restrained interior. It can suit a design-led celebration where the flowers, tables and lighting have room to make their own statement.
Making room for photographs
I would use the river view for a small number of portraits and make the rest of the photographs about the celebration inside. Large windows can create strong contrasts, so the best position may change with the weather. A brief outdoor session can add variety without taking you away for long.
Before you book
Confirm the current ceremony arrangements, supplier requirements, balcony use and room-change schedule. Ask how guests move between the two wings and what happens during setup. This is a separate venue from the eighth-floor OXO Tower Restaurant, so use the full venue name in every booking.
